At Quoniam Global Communications Group, we take pride in our publications and value each reader. As a small independent publisher, we strive to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and delivered in a timely manner. Please review our shipping and returns policy before placing your order.

📦 Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. If we experience a delay (e.g., due to stock issues or high volume), we will contact you by email.

Shipping Methods

We ship primarily through USPS. Shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive this, please contact us at shipping@QuoniamGC.com.

🌍 International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times typically range from 10–21 business days. Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is in new, unused condition.
  • You provide proof of purchase.
  • You notify us in advance at shipping@QuoniamGC.com.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

📘 Digital Products

All digital products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable, unless the file is corrupted or you are unable to access the content. If you experience an issue, please email us and we’ll help resolve it.

📬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shipping@QuoniamGC.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund promptly.
